I was honoured and proud to speak at the 2017 Apprenticeships Equality & Diversity Conference in Coventry on 13th July this year. The jam packed day included speakers from across the UK covering subjects of Apprenticeships, diversity, equality and we heard different perspectives from employers, training providers and learners themselves.
I took to the stage talking about our experience in helping training providers to understand the learner journey, working with the likes of Exemplas, Interserve and QA on unearthing real insights. We also shared learnings from our 2016 mental health research where we worked with NHS organisations and groups of young people and adults to explore all aspects of mental health services across Cheshire. This research led to the creation of YouinMind (info.youinmind.org) @youinmind_org on Twitter.
You can see me and others speaking at the conference below, (I’m on at about 1min 30).
If you have any questions about our research or me speaking, please get in touch.
