CHALLENGE:

East Kent College Group play a leading role in developing the economic & social prosperity in their local communities through further and higher education opportunities.

The college approached us to help them understand their student experience, and how it aligned with their brand. They wanted a better understanding of areas they needed to improve on, in particular the impact this could have on student numbers and student retention.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

We carried out a range of research, including student and staff workshops, to help evaluate and assess existing processes. This included observing day 1 of the term.

By including students in our research, we were able to understand what changes and improvements the students wished to see.

As a result we helped East Kent College Group to understand their opportunities, areas for improvement, create a strategy for change as well as give them a platform for regular student and staff communications.
